Gacha prize are "No copy - OK trans", gifts are " OK copy - No trans".
If it included any scripts, they set "No mod".
We do not accept to request for change permissions.
:: Lost or transmissive problems ::
We DO NOT support for transferable "gacha" items or freebie "gifts" items, even if items lost due to server error or some of SL bugs. Because it is impossible to tracking items for us, we appreciate your understanding.

However, if you can't receve our "no Trans / OK copy" products, check your transaction history (https://www.secondlife.com/account/transactions.php) and send us NOTECARD with transduction ID , date of purchase and purchaser avatar name (do not forget your legacy name) . We accept the retransmission of the product one month after purchase.

当店で取り扱っております「Trans可」のガチャの景品、及び０L$にて提供いたしておりますギフトにつきましては、サーバーエラーやリンデンのバグ等が原因であったとしても、商品未送への対応は原則として行っておりません。これは、ガチャという販売形態の特性上、取引履歴にお支払いの形跡が残っていても、商品自体の行き先を追跡することは不可能であることが理由です。
マーケットプレイスにて販売しておりますTrans不可、かつCopy可の商品をお買い上げになり、お手元に商品が届かない場合は、公式サイトより取引履歴を (https://www.secondlife.com/account/transactions.php) ご確認のうえ、取引ID・ご購入日・ご 購入されたアバター名（正式なお名前をお書き添えください）をノートカードに記載の上、当店オーナーにご送付ください。ご購入後１ヶ月以内であれば、商品の再送をさせていただきます。
